About the Role Line Cook at Chili's Culpeper will help set the pace for a great shift by preparing menu items, following recipes, and keeping the kitchen clean and safe. You’ll work as part of our Heart of House team to deliver dependable, fast service for guests. What You'll Do
- Properly learn and execute all of our recipe procedures
- Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Communicate ticket times to Team Members
- Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For

- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
- Prior experience preferred in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position Nice to Have
