About the Role Chili's Kitchen, our Heart of House, keeps the pace for a great shift by delivering dependable, fast service. As a Line Cook in Burnsville, you’ll contribute to a welcoming environment and help ensure orders move smoothly while following recipes and standards. What You'll Do
- Properly learn and execute all of our recipe procedures
- Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Communicate ticket times to Team Members
- Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members
- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
- Prior experience preferred in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $11.00 – $22.00 per hour
