About the Role The Line Cook role at Chili's in Sioux Falls, SD is part of the Heart of House team responsible for keeping the kitchen running smoothly and delivering fast, dependable service. You’ll follow recipes, maintain cleanliness, and help keep orders flowing during busy shifts. What You'll Do
- Properly learn and execute all of our recipe procedures
- Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Communicate ticket times to Team Members
- Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members
- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
- Prior experience preferred in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay range: $10-$20 per hour (USD)
