About the Role Join Chili's Rapid City as a Line Cook in our Heart of House team. You’ll help set the pace for a great shift by properly learning and executing recipe procedures, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring fast, dependable service. If you take pride in teamwork and a welcoming kitchen, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Properly learn and execute all of our recipe procedures
- Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Communicate ticket times to Team Members
- Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members
- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
- Prior experience preferred in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position
- Flexible part-time or full-time schedule
