About the Role Line Cook at Chili's in Newburgh, NY is part of the Heart of House team responsible for keeping the kitchen running smoothly. You will learn and execute Chili's recipe procedures, maintain cleanliness, and help ensure fast, safe service during high-volume shifts.
What You'll Do
- Properly learn and execute all of our recipe procedures
- Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Communicate ticket times to Team Members
- Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
What We're Looking For

- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
- Prior experience preferred in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $16.00 – $22.00 per hour
