About the Role Join Logan Health's Diagnostic Imaging team as a Limited Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray Tech) at the Kalispell campus. This PRN/part-time role performs diagnostic imaging procedures within scope under supervision of a Radiologist to support patient diagnosis, treatment, and safety. What You'll Do

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures according to current exam protocols and departmental standards.
  • Support and assess patients throughout their imaging experience, ensuring comfort and safety.
  • Collaborate with providers and radiology team to ensure high-quality imaging and seamless patient care.
  • Assist providers with exams within your scope of practice; document orders and patient assessments accurately.
  • Maintain and monitor imaging equipment; report issues per protocol.
  • Participate in quality control processes and uphold technologist competency standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of twelve (12) months clinical experience obtained through an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Montana Limited Permit Holder License.
  • Current RQI Responder CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
  • Prior experience performing a variety of radiology procedures.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of anatomy (preferred).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office; ability to learn internal systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Possess and maintain computer skills to include working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other software as needed. Nice to Have
