About the Role Coordinate and communicate registration for Lil Hawks Learn to Play and Mile High Mites programs at River City Sportplex. The program helps youth ages 4-16 (Learn to Play) and 5-9 (Mile High Mites) develop skating and hockey fundamentals; prerequisites require Learn to Skate or Mile High Mites before joining Lil Hawks Learn to Play.
What You'll Do
- Manage registrations for Lil Hawks Learn to Play and Mile High Mites and track participant capacity.
- Communicate class prerequisites and age ranges to families (Learn to Skate or Mile High Mites first, then Lil Hawks Learn to Play).
- Share schedule details: Wednesday's 6:30 PM-7:30 PM; Spring Schedule June 24-August 5; Price: 159.00; maintain Make-Up Class policies (one per session, not guaranteed).
- Provide information on gear requirements (full hockey gear required) and contact details for questions.
- Coordinate next steps and assist with inquiries; route questions to the Assistant Hockey Director.
