Light Metal Assembly – 1st Shift

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM

Friday: 6:00 AM–10:30 AM

Pay: $15.55/hour

Job Summary

We are looking for dependable candidates to join our team performing light metal assembly. This position involves assembling small metal components, operating a low-impact press, and completing repetitive production tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble light metal components according to work instructions.
• Operate a low-impact press and other basic production equipment.
• Count and inspect parts for accuracy and quality.
• Perform repetitive grasping, pinching, and hand movements.
• Sit, stand, bend, and move throughout the work area as needed.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work at a quick but thorough pace while maintaining quality.
• Follow safety procedures and production instructions.

Requirements

• Ability to perform repetitive hand and assembly movements.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Comfortable with sitting, standing, bending, grasping, and pinching throughout the workday.

• Good attention to detail and ability to accurately count parts.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality.

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required.
