About the Role Lifting Supervisor to plan, coordinate and supervise crane and rigging operations offshore, ensuring safety, compliance and efficient cargo handling for Coral FLNG project in Mozambique. Supports Marine Operations and reports to Marine Operations Superintendent. What You'll Do
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all crane and rigging operations, including complex and routine lifts
- Conduct pre-lift briefings (toolbox talks), risk assessments, and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) to ensure lifting procedures meet offshore HSE and company standards
- Audit and inspect lifting appliances, slings, shackles, and cranes for valid certifications and color-coding
- Supervise deck crews, crane operators, and riggers; ensure PPE and safe signaling protocols
- Assist Marine Operations Superintendent with deck operations, cargo transfers, bunkering, and waste management What We're Looking For
- Minimum 6+ years of offshore experience in oil and gas, with preference for FPSO or FLNG environments
- Advanced Rigging/Lifting qualifications (OPITO Stage 3/4, LOLER Competent Person, or equivalent) and HLO certification
- Expert understanding of load dynamics, crane capacities, and offshore weather limitations Nice to Have
- Experience in FPSO/FLNG projects
