Job Description

We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Lifeguard to join the esteemed team at Eko Hotels & Suites.

In this vital role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the safety and security of all guests utilizing our swimming facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a secure environment, respond effectively to any emergencies, and uphold the highest standards of water safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep our guests safe and ensure a secure swimming environment.
• Monitor the swimming pool area at all times.
• Respond promptly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure guest safety.
• Perform basic first aid and CPR if necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of WAEC/SSCE or equivalent.
• Valid Life Guard certification (Red Cross or equivalent) is an added advantage.
• 1-2 years' experience in a similar role (swimming pool, resort or recreational facility).
• Strong swimming skills.
• Alert, responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Previous experience is a plus.
