About the Role The Life Sciences Senior Analyst will work on client projects addressing critical strategic questions within the biopharmaceutical space, applying hypothesis-based problem solving, and creating analytic tools to inform decisions. You will interact with clients and ClearView teams, and be mentored by managers to develop deep expertise in the life sciences and biopharmaceutical industry. What You'll Do
- Conduct complex problem-solving through a hypothesis-based approach
- Lead or contribute to project workstreams with moderate oversight
- Create and utilize analytic tools (e.g., forecast models) to support key decision-making
- Communicate recommendations to clients to inform strategy and maximize value
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address critical business issues What We're Looking For
- Undergraduate or Master’s degree in the life sciences or equivalent field
- At least 18 months of life sciences consulting experience
- Demonstrated experience in consulting and the life sciences industry through internships, research, and project management
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Enthusiasm for working collaboratively in a dynamic, team-based environment
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Highly analytical approach; ability to work in a hybrid work model out of New York, Boston or San Francisco; onboarding 100% in-office during training and then 80% in-office through month nine, with schedule adjusting to 50% in-office thereafter Nice to Have
- Experience with new product planning, pricing & market access, investor services, launch and product commercialization
