About the Role AAA is seeking a Life Sales Agent to help members protect their financial future through life insurance solutions. In a fast-paced, service-driven environment, you will leverage warm leads and branch interactions to identify needs and present AAA Life Insurance products. You will contribute to a team known for legendary service and member satisfaction. What You'll Do
- Make daily warm sales calls from our large membership database
- Engage with members walking into branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products
- Identify the financial needs of members and translate the importance and benefits of life insurance
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention What We're Looking For
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency and good organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to build a profitable business
- Sales experience is highly preferred
- High School Diploma required; College Degree a plus
- Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License
- Competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals
- Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus Nice to Have
