About the Role Join a fast-paced, service-driven team at AAA as a Life Sales Agent in Oxford, AL. You will help members protect their financial future by selling AAA Life Insurance products, leveraging a large membership database and in-branch conversations. This role emphasizes customer service, retention, and growth within a nationally recognized organization. What You'll Do
- Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database
- Engaging with members walking into the branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products
- Identifying financial needs and translating the benefits of Life insurance products
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention What We're Looking For
- Effective communicator (written and verbal)
- Computer experience and good organizational skills
- Self-motivated and committed to building a profitable business
- Sales experience highly preferred
- High School Diploma; College Degree a plus
- Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License
- Competitive sales drive to meet/exceed monthly goals
- Prior insurance industry experience not required, but a plus
- Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen Nice to Have
- College degree is a plus
