About the Role You will be responsible for end-to-end lifecycle of the software product under your management, from conception to release across its versions. You will lead the lifecycle of the component and the DevTeams, working with functional sponsors from a technical perspective. What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of the software product from conception to release across versions.
- Lead development phases and teams (DevTeams) with functional sponsors from a technical perspective.
- Collaborate with the commercial advisor to interview the client, identify improvement needs and objectives.
- Design learning solutions aligned with applicable regulations in collaboration with the subject matter expert.
- Prepare and present a value proposition for the designed solution to the client.
- Maintain clear and empathetic communication with the client and adjust to close a won proposal. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or administrative fields.
- Master's in education or educational technology or related fields.
- Business-level English.
- Desirable knowledge of adult learning (andragogy).
- Knowledge of educational technology tools (LMS, virtual meetings, collaboration apps, etc.).
- Willingness to travel.
- 3-5 years of experience designing talent development strategies for professionals, tailored to an organization, with direct role to the company.
- Not focused on instructional design as primary strength.
- Experience in consultative selling and/or consulting.
