En Assurant buscamos un(a) Líder de Desarrollo de Canales para impulsar el crecimiento de nuestros socios comerciales en sectores como seguros, servicios financieros, telecomunicaciones, retail y automotriz.

Qué harás?

• Liderar el crecimiento y desempeño de canales comerciales estratégicos.
• Fortalecer relaciones con clientes y aliados clave.
• Diseñar e implementar estrategias comerciales que impulsen ventas y rentabilidad.
• Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y mejora continua.
• Analizar KPIs, resultados financieros y tendencias de mercado para la toma de decisiones.
• Capacitar equipos comerciales y fortalecer la ejecución en los puntos de venta.
• Actuar como principal enlace entre Assurant y sus socios comerciales.

Lo que buscamos

• Profesional en Administración, Ingeniería, Mercadeo o carreras afines.
• +3 años de experiencia comercial en seguros, banca, telecomunicaciones, retail o automotriz.
• Experiencia en desarrollo de negocio, gestión de canales, cuentas estratégicas o alianzas comerciales.
• Experiencia en entornos B2B o B2B2C.
• Inglés intermedio.
