Objetivo General:
Inspeccionar y analizar las materias primas que se reciben y almacenan, con base a las políticas, procedimientos y el sistema de gestión establecido por la organización, para verificar que la calidad del maíz cumpla con la normativa vigente.
Funciones del Puesto:
Controlar y supervisar las labores de acondicionamiento y limpieza del grano mediante el monitoreo de humedad, temperatura y calidad del grano almacenado que se ésta enviando a producción, para asegurar una adecuada entrega en tiempo y calidad.
Registrar las entradas y salidas de maíz según la información suministrada de los pesajes, con el fin de llevar un saldo actualizado de las existencias.
