About the Role Coordinate and analyze requirements, definitions, and business rules for the company's product backlog. Translate user needs into prioritized backlog items and ensure timely delivery of products, services, and tools for internal and external users. Align with the organization's digital transformation strategy and drive value through agile product delivery.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and document initiatives and requirements from various areas, evaluating criticality, priorities, feasibility, deliverables, benefits, and expected effectiveness as indicated by Product Owners; leverage the organization's digital transformation strategy to propose cross-functional solution approaches.
• Execute agile frameworks, adhering to cell-based agile processes and optimizing end-user benefits with every sprint.
• Ensure the enabled product/service/tool delivers benefits to the requesting area in the shortest possible time.
• Generate and track agile effectiveness metrics and user/customer satisfaction insights; propose improvements to requirement documentation and deliverables segmentation.
• Manage internal cells to convert requirements into products and technology that meet user needs.
• Analyze, understand, define, establish, document and guarantee user acceptance criteria; facilitate definition sessions with impacted users, align expectations, resolve questions for development and testing teams.
• Deliver functional, complete products meeting client needs and tangible benefits across areas.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Systems Engineering; a Master's degree in Administration, Projects or Business Analysis is preferred.
• English: Advanced.
• Technical knowledge: Microsoft Visio; Jira; Asana; QuickScrum or ScrumDo; Scrum Master; Agile Business Analyst.
• Knowledge of agile practices: Management 3.0, Kanban, CX, Lean Six Sigma, OKR, Agile Innovation or Design Thinking.
• Experience: 2+ years as a Business Analyst; 2+ years as a Project Leader; 2+ years as a Process Specialist.
