About the Role En Grupo Bachoco buscamos un Líder de Compensación Variable para la operación corporativa en Celaya. Este rol se orienta a diseñar y administrar esquemas de compensación fija y variable, con foco en la percepción operativa y en mantener controles y reglas de negocio. What You'll Do
- Diseñar y administrar esquemas de compensación fija y variable.
- Desarrollar modelos de percepción variable operativa.
- Crear y mantener procedimientos para la administración y control de programas de percepción variable operativa.
- Investigar discrepancias, analizar causas raíz e implementar acciones correctivas.
- Generar reportes ejecutivos, tableros de seguimiento y documentación de reglas de negocio y controles. What We're Looking For
- Educación Profesional en Lic. Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o afín.
- Disponibilidad de viaje.
- Conocimientos en manejo de Excel avanzado.
