- Ejecutar planes y estrategias para cubrir las necesidades de sus sucursales con el fin de que AM´s DM´s y Estrellas, logren el cumplimiento de los KPIs establecidos y contribuir con ello a la rentabilidad de las sucursales a su cargo, asi como asegurar que comprenden la operación del negocio y el alcance de sus responsabilidades.
