- At Hospitality Health ER, we believe emergency care should feel personal. We’re looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) who’s ready to bring skill, compassion, and heart to our patients — from newborns to seniors — while working alongside a supportive, tight-knit team.
💡 What You’ll Do
Make follow-up calls to patients, ensuring they feel supported even after leaving our ER.
Provide clear, compassionate answers to billing and care inquiries.
Handle nurse calls and patient messages with professionalism and urgency.
Keep accurate charts, records, and documentation up to standard.
Support compliance, accountability, and daily operations with a patient-first mindset.
✅ What We’re Looking For
LVN certification + associate degree (required)
Prior patient care or customer service experience (preferred)
Current, unrestricted driver’s license
Ability to stay calm in fast-paced, high-stress situations
Flexibility with scheduling
