About the Role

We're looking for a Doctor of Psychology who is passionate about expanding access to quality care and thrives in a culture of autonomy, flexibility, creativity, compassion, and humor. You'll provide assessments and individual, family, couples, and group therapy, reporting to the Clinical Director.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate diagnoses, create and review treatment plans, and complete clinical documentation per company policy
• Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client sessions per week
• Deliver interventions that reduce symptoms and improve clients' daily functioning
• Collaborate with case managers, families, medical professionals, and Ellie staff
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings
• Practice ethically, with cultural awareness, and comply with Ellie policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Doctorate in Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution (PhD preferred)

• Active Florida license and NPI, with 1-2 years of post-doctoral clinical experience

• Valid Florida driver's license; insurable under Ellie's policy

• Strong diagnostic, crisis intervention, and communication skills

• Clear, concise written documentation

• Ability to work autonomously with strong time management

• Preferred

• Experience with children, adolescents, couples, and families

• Familiarity with community resources and insurance billing

• Creative, innovative approach to care
