About the Role VNA Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide in-home care in Canton, Abington, and Whitman Surroundings. This full-time role offers a weekday schedule (8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday) with fully paid orientation and benefits starting on day one. Must be licensed in Massachusetts. What You'll Do
- Provide in-home nursing care to patients in assigned service area
- Perform wound care, wound vac management, trach care and suctioning, catheter care, ostomy care, and phlebotomy as needed
- Manage or monitor CHF, COPD, and diabetes; administer medications per plan of care
- Assess patient needs, implement care plans, document findings, and communicate with care team
- Travel to patient homes; mileage reimbursed per pay period What We're Looking For
- Licensed Practical Nurse in Massachusetts
- Completion of LPN program required
- Willingness to participate in paid orientation; home health experience not required; training provided
- Experience with wounds, wound vacs, trach and suctioning, catheters, ostomies, phlebotomy, CHF, COPD, diabetes is helpful
- Strong communication, organization, and compassionate patient care
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel within service area Nice to Have
- Home Health experience is helpful; not required Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $32.69 - $47.60 per hour
- Mileage reimbursement; reimbursed each pay period
