About the Role VNA Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for home health care in the Braintree, Norwell, and Marshfield areas. The role supports patients in their homes with weekday schedules (Monday–Friday), with fully paid orientation and no prior home health experience required. You will work within a defined territory and provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, with mileage reimbursement. What You'll Do
- Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes within the Braintree, Norwell, and Marshfield territory.
- Perform wound care, wound vacs, trach suctioning, catheter care, ostomy care, phlebotomy, and monitor CHF, COPD and diabetes as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; assess patient status and respond to changes.
- Educate patients and families, coordinate care with the broader care team, and document care in patient records.
- Travel within the territory; mileage reimbursed. What We're Looking For
- Completion of an LPN program and licensure to practice in Massachusetts.
- Home health experience not required; training and orientation provided.
- Experience with wounds, wound vacs, trach suctioning, catheters, ostomies, phlebotomy, CHF, COPD and diabetes is helpful.
- Able to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm; willingness to travel within Braintree, Norwell, and Marshfield. Nice to Have
- Additional clinical experience with the above conditions and procedures. Compensation & Benefits
- Pay rate: $32.69–$47.60 per hour; mileage reimbursement provided.
- Mileage reimbursement paid each pay period; company benefits start on day 1 (medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits).
- Three weeks paid time off; six holidays; six floating holidays.
- Bi-weekly pay with benefits; mileage reimbursement.
