Description: The Licensed Practical Nurse provides total patient care in accordance with professional nursing standards for inmates at Southwoods State Prison, Bridgeton, NJ, working per diem as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Skillfully administer total patient care based on the individualized needs of assigned patients and families.
- Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with the health care team to plan and implement care.
- Support safety and order within a correctional health setting and adapt to variable schedules.
Requirements:
- Current LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
- Ability to work per diem/temporary assignments.
- Strong clinical, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
- Comfortable working in a correctional facility environment.
