About the Role
VNA Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for weekday home health shifts (Monday–Friday) in the Framingham, Hopkinton, Sherborn area and surrounding towns. No prior home health experience is required; we provide fully paid orientation and training. Competitive hourly pay with mileage reimbursement is offered.
What You'll Do
- Provide patient care in home health settings within designated territory (Hopkinton, Ashland, Holliston, Sherborn, Framingham, Natick)
- Perform nursing tasks including wound care, wound vacs, tracheostomy suctioning, catheter care, ostomy care, and phlebotomy as appropriate
- Monitor patient status, document findings, and communicate with the care team
- Support patients and families, promote health management for CHF, COPD and diabetes
- What We're Looking For
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) eligible to practice in Massachusetts
- Completion of an LPN program
- Willingness to train and participate in orientation; no home health experience required
- Valid MA license and ability to travel within the territory; mileage reimbursement provided
- Nice to Have
- Experience with wounds, wound vacs, trach and suctioning, catheters, ostomies, phlebotomy, CHF, COPD and diabetes is helpful
- Compensation & Benefits
- Pay rate: $32.69 – $47.60 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement (reimbursed each pay period)
