About the Role As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you will provide high-quality nursing and personal care to patients in their homes under the direction of a registered nurse, aligned with VNA Care policies and goals. This full-time home health role covers care across multiple Boston neighborhoods and includes a fully paid orientation after license eligibility. What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care and personal care to patients under the direction of a registered professional nurse.
- Perform home health tasks including wound care, wound vacs, catheters, ostomies, phlebotomy, and management of CHF, COPD, and diabetes when appropriate.
- Travel to patient homes across designated Boston neighborhoods; adhere to policies; participate in orientation and ongoing training.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday; mileage reimbursement provided. What We're Looking For
- LPN license required.
- Home Health experience is not required; we will train with a fully paid orientation. Nice to Have
- Experience with wounds, wound vacs, catheters, ostomies, phlebotomy, CHF, COPD and diabetes preferred. Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $32.69-$47.60 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement.
- Schedule: 40 hours/week; Monday-Friday.
