About the Role VNA Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for weekday home health positions serving the Marlboro, Southboro, and Berlin area. This full-time role provides patient care in patients' homes; no prior home health experience is required as training and fully paid orientation are provided. What You'll Do
- Provide professional LPN nursing care in patients' homes within designated territory (Berlin, Hudson, Marlboro, Southboro)
- Perform wound care, wound VACs, trach and suctioning, catheters, and ostomies as needed
- Monitor and document patient conditions, including CHF, COPD, and diabetes; administer medications as prescribed
- Conduct routine assessments, participate in care planning, and communicate with the care team
- Maintain accurate charting and timely communication with patients, families, and other care staff
- Travel within territory; mileage is reimbursed What We're Looking For
- Massachusetts LPN license; completion of an LPN program
- Valid licensure to practice in Massachusetts
- Willingness to work in home health setting; home health experience not required (training provided)
- Strong communication, documentation skills, and ability to work within a team
- Able to work Monday–Friday, typically 8:00 am–4:30 pm Nice to Have
- Experience with wounds, wound vacs, trach and suctioning, catheters, ostomies
- Experience with CHF, COPD, and diabetes management Compensation & Benefits
- Pay rate: $32.69–$47.60 per hour
- Mileage reimbursement; travel within territory
