About the Role This is not a traditional clinic nursing position. As an LPN in Outpatient Employee Health Services across the Hi-Line Region, you’ll have independence and ownership while partnering with a supportive leader. The role focuses on onboarding, injury tracking, and developing consistent Employee Health processes across multiple rural facilities, with a day shift, part-time schedule (20 hours/week) that could expand to full-time as the program grows. What You'll Do
- Coordinate Employee Health Programs
- Manage Employee Health onboarding requirements for new hires
- Partner with Human Resources and leaders to create a smooth onboarding experience
- Coordinate workplace injury, exposure, and return-to-work processes
- Maintain documentation, track follow-up needs, and support compliance efforts
- Drive Program Improvement
- Help develop and implement Employee Health processes and procedures
- Support consistency across multiple facilities
- Help build and implement a structured return-to-work program, including process development, employee tracking, communication, and support for leaders and employees throughout the return-to-work process
- Conduct root cause analysis of trends and help develop action plans for improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve employee health, safety, and program effectiveness
- Educate and Support Staff
- Serve as a resource for Employee Health questions and processes
- Provide guidance and support to leaders and staff across the region What We're Looking For
- Current Montana LPN license required
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a medical setting such as a physician practice or hospital preferred
- Employee Health or Occupational Health experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- RQI Provider (BLS) required
