About the Role Join VNA Care as an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled, in-home health care. We’re hiring for weekday schedules (Monday–Friday) in the Leominster area with fully paid orientation; Home Health experience is not required, we will train you. Territory includes Ashburnham, Ashby, Fitchburg, Gardner, Leominster, Westminster, and Sterling. What You'll Do
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes within the assigned territory (Ashburnham, Ashby, Fitchburg, Gardner, Leominster, Westminster, Sterling).
- Carry out wound care, wound VACs, trach care and suctioning, catheter and ostomy care, and phlebotomy as needed.
- Manage conditions such as CHF, COPD and diabetes; monitor patient status and document care; collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
- Administer medications and treatments per care plan; ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Travel to patient homes with mileage reimbursement; participate in fully paid orientation and ongoing training; maintain Massachusetts licensure. What We're Looking For
- Current Massachusetts LPN license to practice and completion of an LPN program.
- Home health experience is not required; we will train you.
- Experience with wounds, wound VACs, trach and suctioning, catheters, ostomies, phlebotomy, CHF, COPD and diabetes is helpful.
- Able to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Nice to Have
- Home health experience preferred but not required. Compensation & Benefits
- Rate of pay: $32.69–$47.60 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement.
- Mileage is reimbursed each pay period.
