About this role
The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed hospital in Russellville, AL to find a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their growing outpatient clinic team.
In this role, you'll provide high-quality patient care, support physicians and clinical staff, and help create a positive experience for every patient in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Full-Time | Days
What You'll Do

Provide direct patient care in a clinical setting

Administer medications and injections

Assist with patient assessments and routine procedures

Monitor vital signs and communicate changes to the care team

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans

What We're Looking For
-
Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

Previous clinic or outpatient experience preferred

Proficiency in maintaining accurate electronic medical records (EMR)

Strong communication, collaboration, clinical judgment & critical-thinking abilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital setting
