Job title: Licensed Pharmacist - CA & AZ licensure
About the Role The Mail Operations Pharmacist 2 is responsible for the accurate and timely dispensing of prescribed medication to patients. The work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. This role requires CA & AZ licensure and will serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge for the state of California at CenterWell Pharmacy’s Phoenix, AZ onsite facility. A CA & AZ Licensed Pharmacist may be eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
What You'll Do
- Provide accurate and timely dispensing of prescribed medication to patients.
- Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge for California in the Phoenix, AZ onsite facility, ensuring compliance with California laws and regulations.
- Oversee pharmacy services for California patients in coordination with the Pharmacist-In-Charge and CenterWell Pharmacy’s Professional Practice team.
- Collaborate with Front End, Dispensing, and Clinical Services teams; participate in Federal prescription programs.
- Utilize computer systems to document and manage workflows (MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, SharePoint).
What We're Looking For
- Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
- Active Pharmacist license in California and Arizona without disciplinary action.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Pharmacist in high-volume retail, community, or traditional mail order pharmacy.
- Ability to participate in Federal prescription programs.
- Proficiency with computer systems including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, SharePoint).
- Must reside and work in Arizona.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred; pass a language assessment).

Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay: $104,000 - $143,000 per year.
- Sign-on bonus: $5,000 for CA & AZ licensed Pharmacists.

- In-office/facility position; not eligible for remote work.
