About the Role Licensed Optical Stylist at QUAY plays a key role in connecting customers to the Brand by modeling QUAY selling and service behaviors, demonstrating optical expertise, and championing optical education within the shop. The role focuses on achieving sales and productivity goals through creating brand-enhancing customer experiences and demonstrating expert product knowledge. This is an hourly, non-exempt role. What You'll Do
- Model QUAY selling and service behaviors in interactions with customers
- Demonstrate optical expertise and educate customers about products
- Achieve sales and productivity goals through high-quality customer experiences
- Measure optics and adjust frames to ensure proper fit and performance
- Maintain brand standards and knowledge within the shop location What We're Looking For
- ABO certification and state optician licensure where required
- High school diploma
- 5+ years retail sales experience
- 6+ years optical dispensing experience
- Strong communication skills Compensation & Benefits
