About the Role Licensed Optician role at LensCrafters (part of EssilorLuxottica) in Dublin, OH. You will use optical expertise to fit and adjust eyewear, take measurements, and deliver exceptional customer service to help customers find the best vision solutions. What You'll Do

• Welcome all customers and set expectations with customers
• Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescription in lenses
• Act as a leader in optical acumen
• Take and record measurements; accurately adjust/fit eyewear to meet standards and customer needs
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions
• Use technology and tools accurately under time pressure; maintain strong product knowledge
• Proactive, explores root causes of issues, ensures customer satisfaction and expectations are exceeded
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time with competing priorities
• Strive to achieve exceptional results on Brand KPIs and competencies
• Take pride in store appearance; help keep store clean, attractive and organized
• Inform management of safety opportunities; demonstrate safe work practices
• Resourceful, self-motivated with a desire for continual learning, improvement and results
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions and inventory management What We're Looking For
• High School graduate or equivalent
• State Licensure
• Optical dispensing experience
• Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener & team builder
• Knowledge of current store merchandise
• Strong basic math skills
• Awareness of current fashion trends
• Selling skills – ability to use & carry an iPad/tablet
• Familiarity with POS, computers & calculators
