About the Role Licensed Optician at LensCrafters, working onsite in North Las Vegas to deliver eye care services and fit eyewear using state-of-the-art technology. This role combines hands-on eyewear fitting with customer-facing sales and process management. What You'll Do
- Deliver customer service and eyewear fittings
- Manage store processes and contribute to sales goals
- Use AccuFit and other tools to measure and fit lenses What We're Looking For
- State opticianry license required; HS diploma/GED
- Optical and retail experience, plus leadership and training experience
- Edging, mounting, and measurement skills
- Strong communication and sales abilities Nice to Have
- Experience with AccuFit Digital Measurement System Compensation & Benefits
- $36/hr; Full-Time position; onsite role
