Responsibilities
- Providing nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities Being accountable to follow and adhere to resident care plans Measuring and monitoring blood pressure and other vital signs, reporting to your supervisor as necessary Observing the conditions of residents during your shift, reporting any concerns to the broader nursing team Serving meals to residents and helping to feed them as needed Supporting residents with other activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting Cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, keeping residents' rooms clean, changing linens, and helping to ensure a hygienic environment Serving as a conduit between medical staff and residents, and communicating with visitors Moving residents in and out of wheelchairs and beds, and repositioning them as needed Offering a compassionate ear to residents and providing much-valued companionship Qualifications and

Available Shift(s): 3PM – 11PM Compensation: $21 - $27, based on experience + applicable shift differentials and full-time modified compensation options Sign On Bonus: Full-Time $4,000 | Part-time $1,500 Position Status: Non-Exempt About the Role As a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) , you'll be an important part of our residents' daily lives. You'll provide hands-on care, assist with activities of daily living, communicate changes in resident condition, and help ensure every resident is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. You'll work alongside nurses and other members of the care team to provide dependable, resident-centered care. What You'll Do Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living. Safely lift, move, position, and transport residents. Support residents during meals and provide feeding assistance as appropriate. Assist with toileting programs and related care. Monitor and report changes in resident condition, skin integrity, weight, and other care needs. Maintain accurate flow sheets and required documentation. Support admissions, discharges, and transfers. Communicate resident needs and changes promptly to nursing staff. Follow infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures. Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life. What We're Looking For Current LNA certification in good standing. High school diploma or equivalent. Current CPR/BLS certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, professionalism, and a resident-centered approach.
