- Granite VNA is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our Hospice House team. In this rewarding role, you’ll provide comfort, dignity, and quality-of-life care to residents while supporting their families and working closely with our caring clinical team.
What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, eating, mobility, transfers, and incontinence care.
- Follow individualized care plans and observe, document, and promptly report changes in residents’ conditions.
- Create a safe, clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
- Support residents with cognitive needs and encourage participation in activities that are meaningful to them.
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with residents, families, nurses, and other care team members.
- Work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
