JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Title: Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)
- Environment: Hospice House
- Location: Concord, NH
- Schedule: Friday-Sunday (7pm-7am)
- Pay Range: Up to $26-28/hourly (inclusive of weekend / overnight differentials)

- Granite VNA is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our Hospice House team. In this rewarding role, you’ll provide comfort, dignity, and quality-of-life care to residents while supporting their families and working closely with our caring clinical team.

- Provide compassionate assistance with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, eating, mobility, transfers, and incontinence care.
