About the Role Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) in Meredith, NH, employed through Credenza Health's partner network. This W2 role offers the freedom to schedule shifts at partner facilities and to take time off as needed, with support and benefits designed for nursing professionals. What You'll Do
- Assist residents in ALFs, SNFs, and other post-acute facilities
- Help residents with mobility, personal hygiene, toileting, feeding, and other ADLs
- Monitor residents' vital signs and report any concerns to the nursing team
- Maintain a clean, hygienic environment and assist with linen changes
- Move residents to and from wheelchairs, beds, and exam tables
- Offer companionship and effective communication with residents, families, and staff
- Follow resident care plans and participate in shift handoffs What We're Looking For
- Current New Hampshire Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing procedures
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Effective organizational and communication skills
- Appropriate bedside manner Nice to Have

- Hourly pay range: $27-$39 (25% higher than average)
