About the Role This is a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) role in Hampton, NH through IntelyCare's platform, offering a self-managed schedule with W2 employment. You control when, where, and how much you work by signing up for shifts at partner facilities. What You'll Do
- Assisting residents in ALFs, SNFs, and other post-acute facilities.
- Helping residents with mobility, personal hygiene, toileting, feeding, and other activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Monitoring residents throughout the shift and alerting the broader nursing team to any concerns.
- Checking temperature, blood pressure, and other vital signs, and reporting any abnormal events to supervising staff.
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment by changing linens and helping to clean residents' rooms, etc.
- Moving residents to and from wheelchairs, beds, and exam tables.
- Offering companionship and a compassionate, engaged ear to residents and their loved ones.
- Understanding how to communicate with visitors, family members, and staff.
- Being accountable to follow and adhere to resident care plans. What We're Looking For
- Current New Hampshire Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification.
- Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures.
- Strong observational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with medical professionals and residents.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Nice to Have Compensation & Benefits
- Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) hourly pay range: $27-$39 (25% higher than average).
