About the Role Provide nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities through Credenza Health's IntelyCare partnership, with a flexible schedule and the security of a W2 employment arrangement. You control your shifts and can balance personal commitments while delivering quality care. What You'll Do
- Providing nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities
- Measuring and monitoring blood pressure and other vital signs, reporting to your supervisor as necessary
- Observing the conditions of residents during your shift, reporting concerns to the nursing team
- Serving meals and assisting with feeding as needed
- Supporting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting
- Cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, keeping rooms clean, changing linens, and maintaining a hygienic environment
- Communicating between medical staff and residents, and with visitors
- Moving residents in and out of wheelchairs and beds, and repositioning as needed
- Providing companionship and a compassionate ear to residents What We're Looking For
- Current New Hampshire Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification
- Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with medical professionals and residents Compensation & Benefits
- Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) hourly pay range: $22-$48 (25% higher than average)
