About the Role Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) role in Madbury, NH through Credenza Health's network of partner facilities. This position offers flexible scheduling with W2 employment, weekly or daily pay, and a comprehensive benefits package. The LNA will provide direct patient care, monitor residents, and support daily living activities in post-acute care settings. What You'll Do
- Providing nursing care in post-acute care facilities
- Adhering to care plans and reporting to the nursing team
- Checking vital signs and documenting findings
- Observing residents and escalating concerns to supervisors
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs): toileting, grooming, hygiene, feeding
- Changing linens and sanitizing to maintain a clean environment
- Serving as a liaison between residents and healthcare staff
- Engaging residents with companionship and comfort
- Communicating with families and visitors and helping to address their concerns
- Safely moving residents to and from exam tables, beds, and wheelchairs, and repositioning as needed What We're Looking For
- Current New Hampshire LNA certification
- Understanding of nursing care procedures and medical terminology
- Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate with medical professionals, residents, and families
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs

- Salary: Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) hourly pay range: $22-$48 (25% higher than average)
- Payment on a weekly or daily basis
