About the Role As a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) in Concord, NH, you’ll work as a W2 employee with flexible shifts across our partnering facilities. - Assist residents in ALFs, SNFs, and other post-acute facilities
- Help residents with mobility, personal hygiene, toileting, feeding, and other activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor residents throughout the shift and report any concerns to the broader nursing team
- Check temperature, blood pressure, and other vital signs, and report abnormal events to supervising staff
- Maintain a clean and hygienic environment by changing linens and aiding in room cleanliness
- Move residents to and from wheelchairs, beds, and exam tables
- Offer companionship and a compassionate, engaged ear to residents and their loved ones
- Communicate effectively with visitors, family members, and staff
- Follow and adhere to resident care plans and be accountable to supervising staff What We're Looking For
- Current New Hampshire LNA certification
- Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures
- Strong observational skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with medical professionals and residents
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $27-$39 per hour (25% higher than average)
