About the Role As a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) with Credenza Health in Exeter, NH, you’ll provide nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities and support their daily needs. You’ll choose your own shifts through our app as a W2 employee, with an hourly pay range of $27-$39. What You'll Do
- Provide nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities and monitor health closely
- Measure and monitor blood pressure and other vital signs, reporting to your supervisor as necessary
- Observe residents' conditions during your shift and report concerns to the nursing team
- Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, keep residents' rooms clean, change linens, and maintain a hygienic environment
- Act as a conduit between medical staff and residents, and communicate with visitors
- Move residents in and out of wheelchairs and beds, and reposition them as needed
- Offer companionship and a compassionate ear to residents What We're Looking For
- Current New Hampshire Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification
- Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures
- Strong observational skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with medical professionals and residents Compensation & Benefits
