About the Role Credenza Health is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities in Bedford, NH and the wider Manchester area. This role supports residents' daily living activities, monitors vital signs, and acts as a conduit between medical staff and residents across our partner facilities. What You'll Do
- Provide nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities
- Measure and monitor blood pressure and other vital signs, reporting to your supervisor as necessary
- Observe the conditions of residents during your shift, reporting any concerns to the broader nursing team
- Serve meals to residents and assist with feeding as needed
- Support residents with ADLs such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, keep residents' rooms clean, change linens, and maintain a hygienic environment
- Move residents in and out of wheelchairs and beds, and reposition them as needed
- Offer a compassionate ear and provide companionship to residents
- Serve as a conduit between medical staff and residents, and communicate with visitors as needed
What We're Looking For
- Current New Hampshire Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification
- Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures
- Strong observational skills and high level of attention to details
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with medical professionals and residents
Compensation & Benefits
- Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) hourly pay range: $22-$48 (25% higher than average)
