Position: Licensed Nurse Assistant (LNA)

Compensation: $22.00 - $27.00

Available Shifts:

Per Diem Day Shift; 7:00 A.M - 3:00 P.M

Per Diem Evening Shift; 3:00 P.M - 11:00 P.M

Per Diem Night Shift; 11:00 P.M - 7:00 A.M

What You’ll Do

As an LNA, you’ll support residents and nursing staff through hands-on care and clear communication, including:

• Providing daily personal care and assistance with activities of daily living

• Safely lifting, positioning, and transporting residents

• Assisting with mealtime setup, feeding, and intake documentation

• Delivering nutritional supplements and recording intake

• Weighing residents and reporting changes promptly

• Monitoring and reporting skin concerns such as pressure areas or tears

• Supporting toileting programs and documenting care

• Maintaining accurate flow sheets and progress notes

• Communicating changes in resident condition to nursing staff

• Assisting with admissions, discharges, and transfers

• Participating in care plan meetings when assigned

• Following infection‑control and safety protocols

• Taking part in emergency drills and responding appropriately during emergencies

• Your presence helps ensure residents feel safe, supported, and respected every day.

Requirements

• Valid LNA certification in New Hampshire.

• Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Prior experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents in ALFs, SNFs, and other post-acute facilities Helping residents with mobility, personal hygiene, toileting, feeding, and other activities of daily living (ADLs) Monitoring residents throughout the shift and alerting the broader nursing team to any concerns Checking temperature, blood pressure, and other vital signs, and reporting any abnormal events to supervising staff Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment by changing linens and helping to clean residents' rooms, etc. Moving residents to and from wheelchairs, beds, and exam tables Offering companionship and a compassionate, engaged ear to residents and their loved ones Understanding how to communicate with visitors, family members, and staff Being accountable to follow and adhere to resident care plans Qualifications and
