Two Chairs offers consistent pay: semi-monthly with an annual salary ranging between 61,300 and 104,000. Sign by November 30, 2026 and receive a 2,000 sign-on bonus. AI-assisted documentation is optional with built-in tools to help with notes and client care. They provide support for wellness and professional growth including a wellness and productivity stipend of 1,000 annually, a one-time 200 remote work stipend, free CE credits through monthly APA-accredited courses, consultation opportunities, Psych Hub membership, a biennial Learning Day, and wellness events.
Additional W-2 advantages include no tax headaches, paid time off with vacation and sick days, merit-based raises, retirement benefits through an employer-sponsored 401(k) plan, and malpractice insurance provided at no cost.
Compensation: The salary range for this full-time, exempt role is based on place of residence, years of licensure, and level, as assessed during interviews. Total compensation also includes quarterly incentive opportunities. Sign by November 30, 2026 and receive a 2,000 sign-on bonus.

About You: Independently licensed in Washington as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD); minimum of two years of clinical experience with adults (18+); at least six months of teletherapy experience; proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking client progress; experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems; must be licensed and in good standing with your governing licensing board.
About the Role: Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI; maintain a 40 working hour per week schedule (structured as a 45-hour week to include a daily 1-hour lunch), with a caseload of approximately 25 attended sessions and/or assessments for new clients per week (schedule approx. 29 to account for cancellations); hours are Monday through Friday, with the work week spread across five days; session hours are available from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. PST; use client data to guide treatment adjustments, while ensuring all progress notes and documentation strictly comply with HIPAA and state regulations; collaborate with therapy and psychiatric providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate; willing and able to be cross-licensed in other states. Two Chairs will cover the entire cost.
