Location: Delaware Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
A full-time telehealth opportunity is available for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Delaware. This position is suited for a clinician with experience addressing complex family dynamics, marital concerns, and individual mental health needs. The work includes managing an outpatient caseload, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques, and helping clients make lasting changes in how they communicate, manage emotions, and approach personal challenges.
Responsibilities

Manage an assigned caseload and conduct regular virtual counseling appointments.

Examine family dynamics, relationship histories, and underlying factors contributing to clients' difficulties.

Use evidence-based interventions to address marital conflict, parenting challenges, and emotional distress.

Establish measurable clinical objectives and track progress throughout treatment.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field

Active LMFT license in Delaware

Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families

Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills

Comfort with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery

Knowledge of state and federal confidentiality regulations
