Allstate is hiring full-time remote Licensed Insurance Sales Representatives to engage with prospective insurance customers and convert warm leads into policyholders. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, live chat, and SMS communications, identifying customers' insurance needs, recommending appropriate coverage, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell insurance products using warm leads (no cold calling).
Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and text.
Identify coverage gaps and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
