- Cut hair and apply color using our approved techniques and products.
- Perform client consultations to determine hair goals and maintenance.
- Deliver high-quality service, maintain sanitation and studio cleanliness, and provide a positive guest experience. What We're Looking For
- A valid state cosmetology or barber license.
- Authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship available).
- Night, weekend, and holiday flexibility to maximize earning potential.
- Skills in cuts, fades, color, and client consultation. Nice to Have
- Existing client book to accelerate early earnings. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $15.49 per hour to $88 per hour (hourly).
- Up to 75% commission; 8-Level Career Ladder; 12 Price Levels; performance-based pay with opportunities to increase earnings through service and retail commissions and tips.
