Licensed Architect
A Licensed Architect with 5 to 10 years of professional experience to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of projects from initial programming through final construction administration. You will lead day-to-day project operations, manage consultant teams, interface directly with clients, and ensure all design documentation complies with local building codes.
Required:
Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from accredited university
6+ Years of relevant experience post-graduation, preferred Certification as a licensed professional is required
Advanced knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Job Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of architectural designs for projects of moderate size and complexity
Prepare reports, plans, schedules, and studies as assigned
Perform analysis of design, planning and occupancy studies, and limited design layouts
Review completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations
Be responsible for specific technical design aspects of an assigned major project, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions that best meets the client's needs
Provide professional architectural consultation in the planning, design, and coordination of assigned projects
Independently apply advanced architectural concepts and designs
Carry out assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques and procedures
Provide guidance to less experienced architects
Pay: $95K - $130K
