About the Role The Level 4 FP&A – Finance Business Partner is a senior individual contributor who partners with CSO leaders across a defined scope (e.g., function, region, or domain). The role leads core planning and performance management activities, operates with a high degree of independence within Finance policies/standards, and delivers forward‑looking insights to inform operational and strategic decisions. The Level 4 partner translates complex financial and operational data into clear options, recommendations, and actions, aligning with CSO and Finance leadership as needed. This is an individual contributor role that may function as team leader. What You'll Do
